By the time I graduated from SHHS, I had attended school in 5 different school districts. Six years were in Shawnee Heights (5th - 8th grade and 10-12). I then attended 5 colleges and graduated from Fort Hays with a degree in accounting in Dec 1984. Ten years later I became a CPA in 1995. I have been doing taxes ever since. I have had 20 different addresses since graduation 30 years ago. The day in 1994 that we celebrated our 15 year reunion, Gordon, my husband, was taking the MCAT (medical college admission test) and went on to become a physician in 1999. Since 2009 he has been doing family practice in Oswego, Chetopa and Altamont. We have been married 32 years. Our son graduated from high school in May of 2008. Since 2003 I have been a member of Soroptimist International of Parsons, KS (organization for business & professional women). I have been working part-time at Diamond Coach Corporation preparing the monthly financial statements.
