Just wanted to write a note to my class 1976.  We traveled Down to Texas to visit our grandkids right before COVID-19.  After it struck we stayed put till it released us to move on in July.  My wlife got really sick right before we were to leave.  Taken her to the emergency room and they found it to be stage 4 cancer. We have traveled the 48 state Capitals to pray with the local people for their state elected official's.  We have Hawaii and Alaska left to do.  Needless to say we aren't going to make it this year but wanted to go to the reunion for the last couple years.  Seems like we were out of town when one has been scheduled.  Just wanted to say I am sorry we aren't going to be there to hear where and what you all have done with your lives since high school and of course how many grandkids you all have.   Mine are scattered from Texas, Kansas to Montana (Retired Army there).

Just to let you all know where I am, not avoiding you all.

The class of 1967 would like to invite all classmates who attended SHHS during the 1960's to join us for our annual pot luck dinner to be held at Tecumseh park (4801 SE 2nd street) on July 20, 2019 from 5PM to 8:30 PM. There will be tea and lemonade, table service, plates and napkins. You can bring your own beverage (alcohol is permitted). The only tasks involved is to clean up after ourselves. Otherwise we will just visit and eat. Last year we had a nice turnout. We hope many will return and others will join us.

Bring your favorite dish and come see who else might just be there.
